Jane Murphy: Principal, Climate + Environment; Organization Design

Jane is motivated by a desire to contribute to meaningful change. While many are drawn to bold visions and ambitious strategies, Jane is most energized by the “how”—bringing people, structures, and ways of working together to turn ideas into action.

She advises nonprofits, foundations, and public sector organizations on business model transformation, strategy development, and organization design, working with executive teams to define priorities, align structures, and enable delivery against complex mandates. Jane is recognized for bringing structure and discipline to ambiguity—combining analytical rigor with pragmatic design to ensure designs are truly human-centric. 

After a storied career in corporate consulting, Jane shifted her focus to social and environmental impact seven years ago. Prior to joining 11A Collaborative, Jane served as the Organization Design Lead, Americas, for Accenture Development Partnerships, the global Social Impact arm of Accenture. She led projects spanning issues such as global health, climate and environment, agriculture, education, and human rights. Earlier in her career, she worked in Corporate Strategy at Accenture and in the Business Model Transformation practice at Deloitte. Jane began her professional journey in journalism, which continues to inform her passion for storytelling.
