Jane is motivated by a desire to contribute to meaningful change. With a strong background in organization design, she is energized by the “how”—of work.

Jane works closely with clients to bring people, structures, and ways of working together, turning big and bold ideas into real action. Jane’s role is to help leaders and teams align, make decisions, and deliver against complex mandates.

Jane focuses on Climate + Environment among other social sector issues include global health, education, and humanitarian response. Her clients have included The Rainforest Alliance, CGIAR, Climate & Land Use Alliance, Clean Air Task Force, The Gates Foundation, Global Communities, FHI 360, and others.

Jane has more than 20 years of consulting experience, most recently as the Americas Lead for Operating Model + Organization Design at Accenture Development Partnerships, the social impact arm of Accenture.
