With a mission to create healthy society through healthy organizations, Julian is on a dedicated to bringing an adapted practice of Organization Design to the Social Impact sector so that it can reinvent at the individual, organizational, and sectoral levels.

Jessica is a Grammy winning artist with the Metropolitan. Opera Orchestra, a dedicated educator at Juilliard, and leads 11A’s Arts + Culture practice where specialized and unionized environments call for firsthand experience working across the aisle.

An Organization Designer by trade, Jane led the Social Impact Organization Design practice at for the Americas at Accenture for almost a decade before joining 11A Collaborative to further pursue her Social Impact work, where her focus is on Climate + Environment, among other issue areas.
